As a solicitor and corporate legal consultant, J.A. Alarcón has been working hand in hand with companies and entrepreneurs since 1987. Through his close collaboration with his clients, some of whom have experienced a remarkable international expansion, Mr. Alarcón has acquired a deep knowledge of Commercial and Labour Law, as well as specialised expertise in Tourism Law and International Investments. His clients’ growth has been accompanied by the expansion of the legal team lead by Mr. Alarcón and their proven expertise in various fields of corporate and commercial law.
Since the late eighties Mr. Alarcón has established professional relationships with law firms in countries where the expansion of the tourist trade required providing his clients with trustworthy and comprehensive legal advice. The first cooperation agreement that he established was concluded with the Santo Domingo partner law firm (Dominican Republic) and other alliances followed in quick succession: U.S.A, Mexico, Portugal, Jamaica, Tunisia, Cyprus, Cape Verde, Morocco, Bulgaria and the Bahamas.
As part of his plans for the future, Mr. Alarcón will continue to expand as well as deepen the alliances with foreign law firms that have been collaborating with him for years.
Since 1994, Antonio Serra Serra has made a significant contribution to the international expansion of various Spanish tourism and hospitality businesses. Mr. Serra has assisted his clients’s expansion and growth through the careful planning of investment strategies, as well as through a detailed analysis of the tax framework of each of the target markets, working in close co-operation with qualified local experts.
For his Spanish clients, Mr. Serra has also established close collaboration links with their in-house legal departments in order to design, implement and put in place the corporate and financial structure best suited to each activity and each particular investment project.

Mr. Pradel brings a great wealth of experience to the law firm through his long and distinguished career as a senior tax advisor, with a particular focus on the hospitality industry. Mr. Pradel provides tax advice to a great number of companies and well-known hotel chains, both in the Balearic Islands as well as in other areas of the world. He holds seats at the Board of Directors of several large multinational hospitality companies.
